Scott Woldow is a Partner in the Intellectual Property Practice, leads the Trademark Practice Group and is Managing Partner of the Washington, D.C. office. He specializes in counseling clients with regard to intellectual property matters, prosecuting applications to register trademarks and service marks worldwide, maintenance of existing trademark and service mark registrations worldwide, trademark clearance opinions, advice concerning infringement, opposition and cancellation issues, representation of clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, consent agreements, settlement agreements and intellectual property litigation. Scott helps clients develop branding strategies and acquire and enforce U.S. and international rights in trademarks and has prosecuted over 2,000 trademark applications before the USPTO and over 500 trademark oppositions matters before the U.S. TTAB.
