Robert Hussle is a Partner in the Corporate Practice. He advises private and public companies in their merger and acquisition, capital raising and securities compliance activities. Bob represents a variety of buyers and sellers in their corporate transactions, including the acquisition or disposition of companies, divisions or assets or the formation of joint ventures both domestically and internationally. These representations for both private and public buyers and sellers have taken the form of stock acquisitions, asset acquisitions, mergers, recapitalizations, leveraged buy-outs and other sophisticated forms for companies in a variety of industries, including software and technology, communications, packaging and manufacturing, and financial services and banking.
