Robert Hussle is a Partner in the Corporate Practice. He advises private and public companies in their merger and acquisition, capital raising and securities compliance activities. Bob represents a variety of buyers and sellers in their corporate transactions, including the acquisition or disposition of companies, divisions or assets or the formation of joint ventures both domestically and internationally.
