Jeffrey A. Pade is an intellectual property litigator at Paul Hastings with over 25 years of experience in all phases of trade secrets and related disputes. He directs complex civil and criminal trade secrets litigations, trade secrets arbitrations, and trade secrets ITC investigations concerning diverse technologies for clients around the globe. He also represents clients in internal trade secrets audits, offensive and defensive trade secrets investigations and compliance initiatives, as well as forensics analyses. Mr. Pade’s current trade secrets matters include civil and ITC litigation, arbitration, criminal investigations, internal investigations, and pre-litigation counseling for both domestic and foreign clients. He is a frequent speaker and author on trade secrets issues and is an active member of the Sedona Conference’s working group on trade secrets. Mr. Pade also teaches Trade Secrets Law at The George Washington University Law School.
