Javier López Antón has more than 30 years of experience advising clients in the areas of banking, project and acquisition finance. He represents lenders, underwriters and borrowers in leveraged, project, real estate, corporate and asset-backed finance, as well as pre-insolvency and other kinds of conventional and complex financing structures. Javier counsels financial institutions, project sponsors and investors in the development, financing, acquisition and disposition of infrastructure and renewable energy companies, telecom projects, hotels and real estate. He has extensive experience working on cross-border transactions in Spain, Mexico and throughout Latin America.
