He specializes in defense and case management in high-profile civil (mainly real estate and construction law) and corporate litigation: obligations and contracts, extra-contractual liability, torts, directors liability, SHAs and SPAs disputes, financial litigation, unfair competition, enforcement proceedings and exequatur of foreign judgments, among others.
He has extensive experience in complex pre-litigation negotiations.
