Jamie is a Commercial and Regulatory lawyer advising clients in the health and life sciences sectors. His clients include life sciences businesses, academic institutions, public sector health organisations, and listed/private healthcare providers.
Jamie advises on all types of commercial contracting arrangements, including supply, distribution, outsourcing and technology agreements, as well as collaborations and joint ventures, public procurement and intellectual property rights. Jamie also advises on regulatory frameworks applicable to commercial arrangements for clients in these sectors, including advising on MHRA and CMA compliance.
Jamie trained at Linklaters and qualified into the Corporate Department. Following spells at Bevan Brittan and Hempsons, becoming a partner at the latter in 2009, he joined Hill Dickinson as a partner in 2019.
Jamie enjoys sport, travel and history.
