Heads Skadden's Boston office and litigation team. Experience handling mutual fund, annuity, insurance, ERISA and securities class action defense and complex civil litigations including jury trials. Regularly represents individuals and corporations in SEC enforcement matters, along with investigations by the Massachusetts Attorney General's office and Massachusetts Securities Division. Has tried securities fraud, theft of trade secrets, Lanham Act, covenant-not-to compete, ERISA and 36b cases to verdict. Current engagements include defenses of securities fraud, antitrust and ERISA class actions as well as commercial litigations.
