Jackson also advises corporate boards in connection with restructurings and potential insolvency scenarios. Jackson maintains an active pro-bono practice with a focus on veterans issues and Section 1983 litigation. Jackson earned his law degree, with highest honors, from Notre Dame Law School. He was awarded the “Dean Joseph O’Meara Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement” in May 2015. Jackson earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
