Henriett Fekete is a senior associate in Dentons’ Budapest office and a key member of the firm’s Energy practice. She brings extensive experience in advising industry clients across the renewable energy sector on highly complex regulatory frameworks and transactions, as well as other licensing and commercial matters. She regularly participates in different professional committees and supports the activity of nongovernmental organizations such as the Hungarian Renewable Energy Association and Hungarian Energy Traders’ Association. Prior to joining Dentons, Henriett worked as legal counsel for the Hungarian transmission system operator for five years, where she supervised the company’s activities and provided legal advice regarding system controls and authorized network operation and other legal issues on the regulated energy market.
