Hannah McGrath

Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Employment team. She joined Carson McDowell in 2019 having specialised in employment while working in another Belfast commercial law firm.

Hannah graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2013 with a degree in Law with French (LLB honours). Hannah received her professional qualification from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in September 2017.

Hannah works closely with Partners Orlagh O’Neill and Rachel Penny. Hannah acts for employer clients and advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious including the defence of claims in the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal and advising employers on policies, procedures and the management of day to day employment issues.

Hannah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Group and Employment Lawyers Association (UK).
