He has acted in cases heard in all levels of the judicial system, including before the Supreme Court.

Qualifying as a Solicitor with commendation and awarded the Mills Selig Prize, Fergal joined Carson McDowell as a Solicitor from another specialist media law practice in 2015.

Fergal graduated with a degree in Law and Marketing in 2007 where he was awarded the Sweet & Maxwell University Law Prize, before completing an LLM in Human Rights Law and a Master’s degree in Business Studies.
