Sinead joined the firm in 2013 as a Partner in the Banking and Finance team. She graduated with a degree in Law (LLB Honours) from Queen’s University, Belfast in 1994 before continuing her professional studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. She qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has spent the intervening years as a banking and finance lawyer most recently as a partner in an international law firm.
Sinead advises a wide range of banks, borrowers and financial institutions on acquisition finance, real estate finance, general corporate lending, project finance and restructuring.
Sinead has for a number of years been recognised in The Legal 500 and Chambers UK guides for her knowledge in loan portfolio acquisitions and real estate finance matters. In the 2021 Chambers UK guide, clients describe Sinead as "an excellent lawyer - commercial and approchable", continuing to say that "she is very good - very experienced and knowledgeable."
