Grzegorz Skowronski

With a distinguished career spanning more than 19 years, Grzegorz is highly regarded for his effective management of real estate transactions and development projects, particularly in the logistics, office, and living sectors. In recent years, he has served as lead counsel in several top tier real estate deals, with a particular focus on complex cross border and domestic portfolio transactions as well as joint ventures—areas that are both his professional and personal passion.

His expertise also includes forward sale transactions involving the full spectrum of real estate development: from land acquisition through development and completion to the project’s final sale, including projects involving historic sites.
