In recent years he has acted as lead counsel in some of the top tier real estate transactions, with a particular focus on complex cross-border and domestic portfolio deals – which are his professional and personal passion. His experience also extends to forward sale transactions involving the intricacies of real estate development, from the acquisition of land through its development and completion to the sale of the project, including the development of historic sites.
