Giangiacomo has focused his practice on IT, data and commercial contracts for over 30 years, spanning various industries, including technology, media, retail, insurance and financial services. His work includes strategic sourcing and partnerships for sharing know-how and developing new business lines.

He represents national and international companies, as well as industrial associations. He also advises Italian and international clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial technology supply agreements and in the context of innovative projects, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence.

Furthermore, he guides clients through their digital transformation processes and advises on compliance with GDPR and all regulations relating to data protection and technologies in general, including the coordination of major projects involving multiple jurisdictions.
