Geoff King

Geoffrey King is a partner in the Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. He represents lenders, equity sponsors, independent directors, special committees, distressed asset purchasers and corporate debtors on complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings, special situation matters and distressed transactions.

Geoff has significant experience advising clients on a wide array of restructuring-related matters, including distressed acquisitions, post-petition financing, independent investigations, liability management transactions and cross-border restructurings.
