Career

As a Senior Associate in the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets team of the Budapest office, Gábor offers over 27 years' specialist experience in capital markets, banking, finance, M&A and corporate matters.

He regularly advises leading Hungarian and international companies on complex transactions.

Over the years, he has represented a diverse range of domestic and multinational clients across his main practice areas, including advising on major bond programmes, accelerated book building and privatisations, public offerings, private placements, public takeovers, licensing procedures, stock option programmes, derivative transactions, disclosure obligations and insider trading issues.

In addition, he has advised on a number of significant matters, including regulations relating to bank takeovers, bank transformation procedures, establishment and operational licensing procedures and compliance with government and regulatory bodies.

Gábor has written several law review articles on topics in Hungarian business law, including aspects of corporate law, securities law and security instruments. He has also been published in international journals.
