Career

I am Senior Counsel in our Intellectual Property Group in Milan where I offer our clients over 35 years' experience as a leading authority on Industrial Intellectual Property Law.

In the course of my activity I have learned to understand the needs of clients, which have gradually changed over the years. Today, my goal is to assist them in the most proactive way possible, providing them with timely and concrete answers and, where appropriate, with strategical hints in relation to the protection and development of their IP assets.

Focusing on issues including patents and know-how, trade marks, copyright and design and unfair competition, I assist and advise our major clients active in various industrial sectors (life sciences, chemicals, electronics and telecommunication, fashion, automotive, food and consumer) in national and multi-jurisdictional litigations, as well as in drafting and negotiating agreements concerning IP rights.

I also regularly lecture in specialist courses in IP organised by the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Milan and for private organisations.
