Partner of VdA since 1999. He is Disputes & Restructuring Group Executive Partner and Partner of the Litigation & Arbitration practice. Frederico has been involved in many cases representing several domestic and international clients in disputes involving commercial law before judicial courts as well as in arbitration before Portuguese and international entities. Recently has gained extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring under Portuguese Law. He is often appointed as arbitrator.

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association and to the Timor-Leste Bar Association (Conselho de Gestão e Disciplina).

Member of the Board of the Portuguese Litigation Lawyers Circle.

Participates as speaker in conferences/seminars on arbitration matters and insolvency and has published several articles within his field of expertise.
