Floris Pierik has more than 23 years’ experience advising public and private, national and international groups, private equity clients, and other financial sponsors on domestic and cross-border transactions. Complex M&A and private equity transactions and investments for corporates and financial sponsors are central to his work. Some of his major deals include targets with operations on a European or global scale, often with a significant U.S. connection including corporate carve-outs. Floris frequently advises on transactions in the technology space.
