Attoney at Law from Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá Colombia. Felipe also holds a specialization in Industrial Property, copyright and related rights from the same University
Currently, with a professional experience of more than 30 years, Felipe stands out by offering professional advice to producers and users of content on copyright, related and industrial property, with a view to ensuring efficient and productive management in the processes of entrepreneurship. Likewise, he is recognized for advising in judicial processes related to these matters, as well as in cases of competition law and consumer protection.
Felipe has been representative for Colombia in the Group of Negotiations between Colombia, Mexico and Venezuela on Intellectual Property in the Group of Three (G-3).
as well as representative of the Colombian Government in the Committee of Experts regarding a possible Protocol to the Berne Convention for the protection of Literary and Artistic Works at the headquarters of WIPO in Geneva, Switzerland in 1993.
