Ana María is partner of the firm since 2009 and is the director of the department of Patents and co-head of the Life Sciences area.

She counts with more than 20 years of experience in managing and advising of large patent portfolios for various multinational and local companies. Ana María holds extensive experience in regulatory and data protection matters, and in handling important litigation procedures before the high courts in Colombia, as well as in the process of patent infringement. In addition, she is recognized for her experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector, and her legal counsel in biotechnology issues.
