His professional practice focuses on Intellectual Property, regulatory and advertising law, such as: trademark law, copyright, Internet law, technology, unfair competition, domain names, personal data protection, consumer protection and health law. He has more than fifteen years of experience advising national and international clients. He is a law graduate and specialist in commercial law from Universidad de los Andes with a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from George Washington University. He was a Foreign Associate at Ladas & Parry LLP (New York Office) and an active member of committees in INTA, ASIPI and WLG. He has been ranked in Chambers & Partners as an “Associate to Watch” for 7 consecutive years since 2016.
