Partner of the firm with extensive experience and with specialized studies in Corporate law an Compliance. She is the head of the permanent corporate assistance service that our firm provides. She also has a lot of experience on mergers and acquisitions, were she has advised different players involved in a M&A project. The projects she has led are internationally recognized.

In addition, she is also involved in the structuring of estate planning structures and corporate governance for private clients and companies.

Work Highlights

She has actively participated in large-scale projects related to corporate matters, such as the stock purchase of company Teleset S.A.S. by Sony Pictures Television International, the purchase of Chilean Bestway Group by English company Rentokill, the acquisition of 100% of company Sed International Colombia S.A.S. by Ark Investments LLC, the merger of Spanish Emergia group, the incorporation and implementation of companies AXN Colombia Networks S.A.S., HBO LAG International Services S.A.S., Dirtykitchen S.A.S., Edupol S.A.S. and Blush-Bar S.A.S., among others.

• She has also led the legal implementation regarding real estate projects such as the expansion of Andino Shopping Mall and the structural reinforcement of school Gimnasio Moderno in Bogotá.

In addition, her practice has expanded to the assistance in the implementation of compliance policies according to Colombian law including the determination of the risks that a company could be exposed to, and the development of the controls and actions needed for the risk mitigation, advising companies in the development of the “Programa de Ética y Transparencia Empresarial” (Transparency and Business Ethics Program) and assist them in the preparation of the “Sistema de Autocontrol, Prevención y Gestión de Riesgos contra el Lavado de Activos, Financiación del Terrorismo y Financiamiento de la Proliferación de Armas de Destrucción Masiva – SAGRILAFT
