Federico Sutti

Federico Sutti is Managing Partner of Dentons in Italy and Head of the Real Estate practice in Italy. He is also a member of the Europe Board and of the Global Board of Dentons. In 2023 he has been elected Chairman of the Europe Board of Dentons.

Federico has extensive experience in M&A transactions, particularly in the Real Estate sector, advising Italian and international clients on the acquisition of assets and portfolios, as well as relevant, complex developments. In particular, these include some of the most prominent regeneration developments, as well as important projects in the residential, office, logistic, retail and hotel sectors. Moreover, Federico advised the lenders in the context of the most relevant development projects in Italy.

His experience extends to the PFI/PPP sectors, pioneering the use of project finance techniques in the Italian and international infrastructure markets, with specific reference to the healthcare sector.

During the last several years he has assisted leading banks, Italian companies and multinationals in various restructuring matters.

Federico helped launch the Firm's Italian offices, leading an experienced and driven team working across many areas of business law.
