Federico Sutti is Managing Partner of Dentons in Italy and Head of the Real Estate practice in Italy. He is also a member of the Europe Board and of the Global Board of Dentons. In 2023 he has been elected Chairman of the Europe Board of Dentons.
Federico has been working in the real estate sector since 1998, handling some of the most prominent transactions in the residential, office, retail and logistics sectors in Italy, including advising Italian and international clients in the acquisition of assets and portfolios, as well as relevant, complex developments. Over the last years, he has also assisted leading banks, Italian companies, and multinationals in various restructuring and refinancing matters.
Federico helped launch the Firm's Italian offices, leading an experienced and driven team working across many areas of business law.
