With deep experience in project structuring, financing and procurement, Ethan guides both private and public sector clients through every stage of complex transactions and contractual arrangements. He has extensive experience with public infrastructure projects across Canada, including the structuring and implementation of myriad public-private partnership transactions, and progressive project delivery models including alliances, IPD, progressive design-build and progressive construction management arrangements. He regularly advises on joint ventures, tendering and RFP processes, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and EPC management contracts, subcontract and supply agreements, service agreements, equipment leases and performance security. Ethan’s client base includes procurement authorities, developers, landowners, constructors and consultants, benefitting from his holistic perspective and industry insight.
