Focuses on compensation and benefits in U.S. and cross-border transactions, negotiation of executive employment and severance arrangements, and drafting and implementation of equity and other compensation programs. Extensive international experience includes managing the global transfer of employees in corporate and restructuring transactions, the implementation of compensation arrangements in connection with integrating global companies, and the roll out of global severance and equity programs. Advises on compensation-related tax planning and governance strategies.
