He has a broad range of experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raises, buy/sell arrangements, and strategic alliances. Mr. Eisman advises industry clients across a wide range of deal types in the film, television, music, gaming, sports and talent agency/manager segments. Representative clients include: United Talent Agency, AGBO, Candle Media, Bad Robot Games, Embracer Group, Drake’s OVO Sound, Gamma Music, Litmus Music, Artist Partner Group, and Mythos Studios, among others.
