Career
Eliot Williams is the Co-Practice Group Chair for PTAB Trials and has extensive experience with disputed Intellectual Property matters in federal courts throughout the country and in the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent :Office, where he has appeared in over 300 PTAB Trials. Mr. Williams is also a seasoned appellate oral advocate, having appeared in over 100 cases and argued nearly two dozen, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
