Eileen guides companies through critical periods of their life cycle and growth. For more than a decade, she has used her client-first approach when advising companies and investment banks on capital raising transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings and private placements. Eileen also guides clients through the legal complexities of public and private mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and strategic business transactions. In addition, she counsels public companies on obligations under securities laws, stock exchange reporting and corporate governance matters. Eileen has substantial experience across industries, with a particular focus in energy.
