Eduardo is the managing partner of the Costa Rican office. He heads the Real Estate Practice for Latin America, from the Costa Rican office. His over twenty-year experience focuses on hospitality, lease finance, real estate finance, real estate development including warehouses and industrial projects and resorts. Also, he is experienced in project finance, securitizations, and infrastructure and PPPs. Furthermore, he does a lot of corporate work, especially for real estate clients.

Eduardo has worked on structuring real estate funds, and real estate complex structures for industrial and resorts projects, working hand to hand with clients in creating corporate structures that are tax efficient and that allow for regional and local growth maximizing each project. He is uses to negotiate lease, and lease finance models, including TIA´s type of agreements. He regularly represents fortune 500 companies in their start of operations in Costa Rica and the development of their regional facilities. His has a business and financial approach to each client need which allows to provide a sounder legal advice.
