Ricardo Milla is a partner of our El Salvador office.

In recent years, he has focused his practice on domestic and international corporate law, labor law, and particularly intellectual property. Recently, he participated in due diligences related to mergers and acquisitions of companies from the aviation and shipping industries.

Ricardo holds a degree from University Dr. José Matías Delgado and has master degree studies of Private and Public Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is also an arbitrator for the Chamber of Commerce of El Salvador. He is certified by USAID-CAFTA as a mediator in labor conflicts.

Previous to join Dentons Muñoz, he was part of the group of partners of MCM Legal, for more than 10 years.
