David Aguilar

David Aguilar is a Senior Associate in our El Salvador Office. He is a young and experienced lawyer, who has developed an international practice style. Since the beginning of his practice, he has been involved on relevant transactions mostly in the corporate area, locally and internationally, as well as on regulatory matters, and public bids.

As part of his practice, David had advised national and international companies on their legal needs. He has experience in contracts and international commercial agreements, companies’ incorporation, due diligences, mergers & acquisitions, registration of foreign investments, public bids, and regulatory matters.
