An attorney and Notary Public since 2001, authorized to work as such by the Supreme Court of Nicaragua, Edgard is a talented litigator with experience for two Nicaraguan banks. Prior to joining Dentons Muñoz, Edgard worked at Arias Law and created and developed the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department for that country´s office. He was named Partner in 2016. His experience extends to constitutional law, civil law, labor and arbitration. He has also a solid background as Corporate legal counsel for local and international companies
