Edoardo Galeotti is a partner in Dentons' Milan office and a member of the global Banking and Finance practice.

Edoardo advises leading domestic and international banks, financial institutions, private equity and private debt funds and corporations (listed and unlisted), among others, on matters including acquisition and leveraged finance and corporate and syndicated lending. He focuses on real estate finance, mainly advising funds (borrower side), as well as on fund finance.

Edoardo is highly proficient in complex domestic and cross-border leverage buyout transactions involving banks and financial institutions. He also assists clients with regard to all kinds of financing transactions in the context of distressed situations and debt restructuring processes.
