Diane Sénéchal

Diane Sénéchal focuses on banking and finance matters, with an emphasis on financing acquisitions of listed and nonlisted companies for all types of lenders, borrowers, including corporate ones, and sponsors. She has significant experience in debt restructuring, acting for lenders or borrowers, and in special situations deals. She  has also worked extensively on matters in the infrastructure sector notably in respect of the financing of the acquisition of brownfield projects. Diane is regularly involved  in some workgroups  of the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris.
