Career

Debbie Spranger focuses her practice on representing strategic acquirers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions. Her clients include public, private and international companies in the life sciences, manufacturing, healthcare and technology industries. She has extensive experience managing multijurisdictional cross-border acquisitions, as well as complex divestitures and carve-outs.

Debbie also counsels companies on internal restructurings and general corporate governance matters. She acts as outside general counsel to a number of emerging and growth-stage companies, for whom she manages a wide variety of commercial arrangements, including distribution, reseller, manufacturing, service, and supply agreements. In addition, Debbie has more than 20 years of experience supporting the clinical contracting needs of large pharmaceutical companies.
