Davis Roach is the co-head of Smith Anderson’s commercial real estate group. He focuses on real estate development and corporate and commercial transactions in the real estate space as well as advising family-owned businesses with real estate related matters. He counsels clients on a broad range of issues, including buying, selling, leasing, developing, financing, portfolio management, and joint ventures for all types of commercial real estate, as well as general corporate and commercial matters such as acquisitions and divestitures.
