Has extensive experience assisting companies based outside the U.S. and North Carolina with establishing workforces in the U.S. and compliance with U.S. and state law and maintaining a union-free workplace; conducting internal harassment and employee misconduct investigations; representing employers in federal and state compliance audits and investigations involving class or systemic allegations; and defending employers in state and federal civil actions, including multiplaintiff and class actions.
