Smith, Anderson represented North Carolina FC and Kane Realty Corporation in the development of land in downtown Raleigh for a proposed 20,000 seat soccer stadium for North Carolina FC and NC Courage, as well as development of associated mixed use commercial and residential development to be known as Downtown South.
Smith, Anderson, represented Heritage Capital Partners in the rezoning of Alston Yards, a mixed-use development proposed in the Raleigh suburb of Cary.
