Wayne K Maiorano

Mr. Maiorano has practiced in the area of construction law for over 25 years. He co-founded the Firm’s Construction Practice Group and co-leads the Firm’s Real Estate Development Team. He has a broad range of construction contracting and litigation experience, working with clients in all aspects of the construction and real estate development industry. He has deep experience working with corporate and development clients on large, complex mixed use and facility projects, including chemical, utility, pharmaceutical, life science, high rise office, multi-family residential, and industrial, and has assisted on construction projects throughout the US and abroad. In this capacity, he routinely advises clients on risk management and mitigation issues during the design and construction process, negotiates and drafts construction and design agreements (including complex EPC and EPCM agreements), advises clients on project life-cycle issues and handles project disputes and litigation. He is often called upon by clients to conduct construction contract and risk management training for project personnel.
