Zeb represents employers in state and federal court litigation, arbitration proceedings, and government agency investigations throughout NC and across the country. His litigation experience includes employment-related claims (discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour violation, harassment, denial of benefits), as well as claims that arise when employees join competitors (breach of non-competition and non-solicitation restrictions, trade secret misappropriation, tortious interference, unfair competition). Zeb is a co-leader of Smith Anderson's Employment Litigation and Non-Compete & Trade Secret Teams.
