David T. Della Rocca

Practice Areas

Focuses his practice on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Mr. Della Rocca represents public and private clients in the design and drafting of equity-based and other incentive compensation arrangements. In particular, he designs stock option plans, employee stock purchase plans, deferred compensation plans, and various other types of incentive compensation plans and arrangements. Moreover, he advises clients with respect to tax, securities, and corporate law issues that arise in connection with the establishment and administration of such plans.
