David concentrates his practice in all aspects of complex corporate restructuring and insolvency, both in and out-of-court, in U.S. domestic and cross-border matters. He primarily advises reorganizing companies, boards and management, but also has significant experience representing investment funds, purchasers and others in restructuring transactions. David has extensive experience in the airline, energy, gaming and financial services sectors.
