Damon Fisher is a partner in Kirkland’s Los Angeles corporate group. His practice focuses on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, financings and restructurings, as well as counseling clients with respect to executive compensation, corporate governance and other corporate matters. A significant portion of Damon’s practice involves the representation of private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He also represents public and private companies, including in connection with business combination transactions involving special-purpose acquisition companies (SPACs). As lead counsel, he has served in transactions involving a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, apparel, consumer products, business services, health care, construction, food and beverage, restaurants, sports, entertainment, media and gaming.
