From 2009-2020, Mr. Zornow, who founded Skadden's white collar practice, served as the global head of Skadden’s Litigation/Controversy practices and a member of the firm’s Policy Committee. Represents corporations and individuals in connection with federal and state grand jury investigations and at trial. Works on civil enforcement actions, including matters before the SEC, and internal investigations on behalf of corporate boards of directors. David also teaches at Yale and NYU law schools.
