Career

David Constine is an experienced labor and employment lawyer who handles all forms of employment-related litigation and counsels clients on all types of employment matters, including compliance issues, terminations, reductions in force, and drafting agreements. David has substantial trial experience representing employers in discrimination cases under all the federal anti-discrimination laws, including Title VII, the ADEA, and the ADA, as well as litigation involving wage hour laws and FMLA. He has particular experience litigating noncompetition agreements, cases involving breaches of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, and employee raiding. He is very experienced in the defense of disability, life, and health insurance claims under ERISA.
