Recent significant cases include Secretary of State for Health and Social Care v Lundbeck Ltd [2024] Bus L R 1531; Kea Investments Ltd v Watson [2023] EWHC 1830 (Ch); numerous decisions in Secretary of State for Health v Servier Laboratories Ltd, among them [2023] EWCA Civ 763, [2022] AC 921 and [2022] AC 959; and SPI North Ltd v Swiss Post International (UK) Ltd [2019] 1 WLR 2865.
