She is regularly instructed to appear as sole counsel in the High Court, IPEC and IPO, and has been instructed as sole counsel on multiple occasions in the Court of Appeal. She acts for a range of clients in different sectors, from global pharmaceutical companies to high street retailers and artists. Recent key cases include: Thatchers v Aldi (Court of Appeal and IPEC), Crafts Group v Knitpro (Court of Appeal and IPEC), easyGroup v Premier Inn (High Court), Shantell Martin v Bodegas San Huberto (IPEC), and Christian v Andrew Lloyd Webber and Trevor Nunn (High Court).​
