Emma specialises in commercial chancery litigation, with a particular emphasis on domestic and offshore trust and probate litigation, civil fraud, and company disputes. She also regularly appears as specialist Chancery counsel in matrimonial proceedings and has previously appeared (ad hoc) as junior counsel in the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
