Broad commercial chancery practice. Particular emphasis on civil fraud, company, partnership, insolvency, and trusts. Appearance in several judicial review claims and other public/administrative law matters.

Sole counsel in proceedings before the High Court, the Court of Appeal, the Grand Court and Court of Appeal of the Cayman Islands. Junior counsel in large-scale commercial and chancery matters both onshore and offshore including in the Courts of the DIFC, Isle of Man and the BVI. Significant experience of assisting advocates before the Royal Courts of Jersey and Guernsey.
